Human User Manual is built on the belief that self-knowledge should stay private. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address, used only for authentication. During normal use the app collects your scan responses — the systems, intentions, pressures, behavioural pulls, and outcomes you record. These responses are used to generate your alignment score, pattern insights, and reflections.

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, or any information from your device beyond what is needed to run the app.

How your data is used

Your scan data is used exclusively to generate your personal insights and pattern analysis within the app. It is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to produce reflections. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, a managed database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Third parties

We use the following services to operate the app:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Anthropic — AI-generated reflections

Neither service receives data beyond what is operationally necessary.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon request all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Children

This app is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
